Erin Brunger has extensive work experience in workforce management and analysis. Erin currently works as a Workforce Management Lead at Manitoba Hydro. Prior to this, Erin held various roles at Bell MTS, including Senior Decision Support Analyst and Manager of Real Time and Workforce Analysis. Erin also worked as a Workforce Management Analyst and Scheduling Manager at Bell MTS. Erin Brunger obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Winnipeg in 2014. Erin also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Statistics from the same university in 2015. Additionally, Erin has obtained several certifications. Erin became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci in 2023. In 2020, they completed a certification in Managing Employee Performance Problems through LinkedIn. In 2019, Erin obtained a Workplace Mental Health Leadership certificate from Bell MTS.
