Jeffrey Betker

Jeffrey Betker is the current VP of External, Indigenous Relations, and Corporate Communications at Manitoba Hydro. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Advisor at Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada from November 2016 to January 2018. Jeffrey has also worked as a management consultant, senior operating officer, and management development advisor. Jeffrey has also held positions as a negotiator and senior policy advisor at the Government of Canada and as a director for tripartite self-government negotiations and economic development initiatives at the Manitoba Metis Federation.

Jeffrey Betker has a certificate in negotiation and conflict resolution from Dalhousie University, an MBA in business, management, marketing, and public sector management from the University of Birmingham, a B.A. in political studies and economics from the University of Manitoba, and a B. Comm (Hons) in marketing from the University of Manitoba.
