Maggie Bratland is an experienced professional with a robust background in environmental management and stakeholder relations. Currently serving as Manager of Stakeholder Relations and Transformation Program Lead at Manitoba Hydro since November 2007, Maggie has expertise in leading stakeholder engagement, route determination, environmental assessments, and regulatory approval processes for significant linear infrastructure projects. Prior to this role, Maggie was the Head of Environmental Operations - Generation at Environment and Climate Change Canada from February 2003 to November 2007 and worked as an Air Quality Planner at M K Jaccard & Associates, where research and analysis on energy-economy and sustainability policies were conducted. Maggie holds a Master's degree in Natural Resources Management and Policy from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science focused on Ecology and Economics from the University of Manitoba.
