Seema Hollenberg is an accomplished museum professional with extensive experience in research, collections, and exhibition management. Currently serving as the Director of Research, Collections and Exhibitions at Manitoba Museum since April 2017, Seema also holds the position of Vice President and Past Nomination Chair for the Alliance of Natural History Museums of Canada Board. Previous roles include Head of Curatorial at Winnipeg Art Gallery (2015-2017), Senior Exhibitions Manager at the National Gallery of Canada (2011-2015), and Senior Project Manager at Royal Ontario Museum (1999-2011), where Seema led significant exhibition projects and built valuable partnerships with international stakeholders. Seema's earlier experience includes curatorial positions focused on Ethnology and South Asian collections at Glenbow Museum and Royal Ontario Museum, respectively. Seema holds a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the University of Manitoba.
