Matthias Rust

Matthias Rust is an accomplished Executive Director of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, with a diverse background in public policy and strategic management. They previously held multiple roles within the Government of Manitoba, including Director of Strategic Policy and Intergovernmental Relations for Early Learning and Child Care and Manager of the Economic Analysis and Research Unit. Matthias started their career as a Project Manager/Intern at SocialData, managing marketing initiatives to promote public transit in Bellingham, Washington, and Fremantle, Australia. They earned a Master's degree in Tourism Geography from Universität Trier and a Certificate in Public Sector Management from the University of Manitoba.
