Samantha Vincent is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Manitobah Mukluks since May 2017, Samantha has also held roles as Project Manager and Contact Center Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Samantha worked at 24-7 Intouch from November 2007 to January 2015, where the positions included Operations Manager, Service Delivery Leader, and Team Leader.
