Eric McMartin has a background in education and has worked in various school districts, including Manitou Springs School District, Harrison School District, and Widefield School District. Currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Instruction and Innovation at Manitou Springs School District, Eric previously held roles such as Assistant Principal and Assessment Coordinator. Eric holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational, Instructional, and Curriculum Supervision from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Western Oregon University.

Manitou Springs School District 14 serves approximately 1450 students from Preschool to 12th Grade who reside in the communities of Manitou Springs, Cascade, Green Mountain Falls, Chipita Park, Crystal Park, and Cedar Heights. We serve over 400 “choice” students who come to our district from other locations in El Paso and Teller Counties. We offer a “small town” educational environment, and we are driven by our core values of Relationships, Deep Learning, and Opportunity as we serve our children and our communities.
