Christian Fredericks currently serves as a Senior Associate in the Valuation & Financial Reporting Practice at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, a role held since August 2022. Previously, Christian worked as a Real Estate Valuation Associate at RSM US LLP from September 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included providing independent asset valuations and conducting thorough real estate market analyses. Christian began the career as a Commercial Brokerage Intern at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in 2019, focusing on the real estate sales process and enhancing revenue through market research. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Culverhouse College of Business between 2016 and 2020, following a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School diploma from St. Louis University High from 2012 to 2016.
