Juan Heredia

Juan Heredia, MEng, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Project Manager III and Innovation Sr. Engineer at The Manitowoc Company since May 2012, Juan leads initiatives in software Verification and Validation while overseeing resource allocation for project outcomes. Previous roles at Manitowoc include HIL Systems Engineer II and I, where Juan contributed to designing and implementing advanced simulation models for heavy construction machinery. In addition to engineering expertise, Juan owns and manages Bluser Comercial Trailers, focusing on sales strategy and customer relationship management. Juan holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, complementing a robust educational background in engineering.
