Kristen Degrave

Kristen DeGrave has a diverse and extensive work experience in accounting and finance roles. Kristen is currently working as a Director of Accounting at The Manitowoc Company. Prior to this, they were employed at Fairbank Morse, LLC (DBA Fairbanks Morse Defense) where they served as a Group Controller. Before that, at the same company, they held the positions of Director of Internal Audit and Director of Corporate Accounting, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth and acquisition activities. Kristen also has experience as a Controller/Accounting Manager at Fairbanks Morse, LLC and as a Chief Operating Officer at Med-Stat USA, LLC. Earlier in their career, they worked at CoreLogic Insurance Solutions and Johnson Controls, where they held various finance and accounting positions, including Manager of Revenue Accounting and Contract Management and Senior Project Analyst. Throughout their career, Kristen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, adaptability, and a track record of identifying and resolving problems.

Kristen DeGrave has a multi-disciplinary MBA from Marquette University. Kristen also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Mount Mary University and a BBA in Finance, with an Accounting Emphasis, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In addition, they are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the WI Dept of Safety and Professional Services. Kristen also has a certification as a Substitute Teacher in Wisconsin.
