Nathalie Crouzeix has extensive experience in quality and environmental management within the manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Quality/Energy/Environment Management System Manager for Tower Europe at The Manitowoc Company since November 2006. Nathalie has overseen the implementation of ISO50001-2018 and ISO14001-2015 across various industrial sites in France, Italy, and Portugal, supporting the group's environmental initiatives. Previously, Nathalie held several roles at Manitowoc, focusing on quality system management, quality project management, and plant quality management, ensuring compliance with regulations and leading quality assurance teams. Prior experience includes responsibilities at Plastic Omnium and SOCIETE DES FORGES DE FRONCLES, where Nathalie managed quality processes and audits.
