Dani Fernandez Carbonell

Dani Fernandez Carbonell serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe at Welbilt Inc. since February 2017 and has held a similar position at Manitowoc Foodservice since August 2003, overseeing sales for all Manitowoc brands in the region. Prior roles include Area Manager at Barcelona M. Frau and Technical Director at Centro Industrial Insant, along with experience in a family company, Restafred Group SL, focused on manufacturing stainless steel machinery for food service. Dani holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, a Kitchen Management and Administration degree from Escuela Universitaria de Hotelería y Turismo de Sant Pol, and further education in Tourism and Hospitality from CETT_UB.
