Kay Beilke

Kay Beilke is a seasoned professional in human resources with significant experience in administrative roles. Currently serving as the Human Resource Administrative Assistant at Manitowoc Public School District since August 2006, Kay has developed expertise in HR functions. Prior to this role, Kay worked as a 911 Administrator for Manitowoc County from May 1984 to December 2006, where responsibilities included the consolidation of emergency communication centers for several municipalities. Kay earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout between 2015 and 2018.
