Lovely Ann Ventura, RPm, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in human resources and psychometrics. Currently serving as a Human Resource Administrative Assistant at Save the Children Philippines since November 2022, Lovely Ann previously held the role of Preboarding Coordinator at IBM, where responsibilities included overseeing preboarding processes and supporting recruitment efforts.
