Prudence Persson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2009, they worked as a Public Relations Assistant at the Local Authorities Superannuation Fund. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Reporter at The University of Zambia (UNZA). In 2011, they worked as a Knowledge Management professional at the Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research. Prudence then became a Research Assistant at Copenhagen Business School, Department of Intercultural Communication and Management from November 2013 to January 2014. Prudence also worked as a Swedish Institute Fellow at The Swedish Institute from August 2012 to June 2014. In 2014, they became the Owner of PMP Innovations until 2019. From 2017, Prudence founded and served as the CEO of Industry Frontiers and was an Associate at Inclusive Business Sweden. Starting in May 2018, Prudence assumed the role of Board Member at the Swedish-East Africa Chamber of Commerce (SWEACC). In 2021, they co-founded Manje Health and currently holds the position of CEO.
Prudence Persson's education history begins with their completion of a Bachelor of Masscommunication degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Zambia from 2006 to 2010. Prudence then pursued further education at Lund University, where they earned a Master of Development Studies specializing in Media and Communication between 2012 and 2014. At Lund University, they also obtained an MSc. Development Studies with a Major in Media and Communication, focusing on both Development and Communication, during the same period.
