Amiya Panda

Amiya Panda serves as the General Counsel at MANKIND PHARMA LTD since March 2024. Previously held the position of Head of Legal at Zupee from August 2022 to February 2024 and Senior Director – Legal at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited between December 2021 and July 2022. Prior to that, Amiya worked at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd as Associate General Counsel, overseeing environmental compliance, sustainability, and renewable energy projects from November 2015 to November 2021. Amiya's career also includes nearly a decade at Bharti Airtel Limited, where roles included General Manager (Head)-Legal & Regulatory. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager-Legal at Citicorp Finance India Ltd. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Campus Law Center, Delhi University, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from Government High School, Sunabeda.
