Deepak Rai

Deepak Rai has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as an Assistant Group Leader at Mankind Pharma Ltd since May 2022. Prior to this role, Deepak was a Principal Scientist at Biocon Pharma Limited from March 2017 to May 2022, focusing on analytical method development and technology transfer for oral solid dosage (OSD) products, as well as managing regulatory queries. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Scientist at Biocon, working on immediate release and modified release dosage forms, and as an Executive in Analytical Development at Micro Labs Ltd, where responsibilities included handling a range of products and addressing regulatory queries for injectable and ophthalmic products. Deepak began a career in research as a Research Associate at Kusum Healthcare, Delhi, contributing to analytical method development and validation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Sciences from PGIMS, Rohtak, completed in 2013, and an intermediate degree in PCM from Poorna Prajna Public School.
