Bill Kauth

Co-founder at ManKind Project

Bill Kauth has extensive experience in community building and men's empowerment. In 1985, they co-founded The ManKind Project, an organization that has influenced the lives of over 75,000 men globally through its New Warrior Training Adventure. In 2005, Kauth became the Director of Gift Community, a non-residential group focused on fostering deep trust and support among its members. Both roles reflect their commitment to creating spaces where individuals can develop personally and contribute to the growth of a new culture.

Bill Kauth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from St. Norbert College in 1966. Bill then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained in 1970.
