Joshua Medina is an experienced construction project manager currently overseeing a $2.9 million commercial project on a military installation at Dill Contracting & Properties since October 2021. Previous roles include project management positions at Stonewater, Inc. and SERVPRO of North Raleigh & Wake Forest, as well as a project estimator and production manager for BluSky Restoration Contractors, where responsibilities included inspecting and writing estimates for various projects and serving as a national restoration supervisor. Additional experience includes hospitality at Manna Church and a foundational role as a restoration technician. Joshua Medina is an alumnus of El Paso Community College.
