Riina Heinonen

Riina Heinonen has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Riina worked as a Cashier at R-kioski Oy from November 2013 to February 2015. From July 2015 to February 2016, they continued their cashier role at Henkilöstöratkaisu Extraajat Oy. In 2016, they completed an internship as a Designer at KINDWARE Co. Health & Care Div. Product planning dpt. From January 2018 to April 2019, they worked as a Surface Designer at Aalto University PatternLab. Riina then became a Student Tutor at Aalto University from January 2019 to December 2019. Riina joined Finlayson Oy as a Designer in September 2019 and continued until January 2021. Currently, they work as a Freelance Designer at Heinonen Riina Loviisa from January 2021 and also as a Designer at Manna & Co since January 2021.

Riina Heinonen began their education in 2010 at Helsingin Kuvataidelukio, where they completed their Lukio degree from 2010 to 2013. Riina then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Design and Applied Arts from Aalto University, which they attained from 2013 to 2017. Continuing their education, Riina Heinonen obtained a Master of Arts - MA degree in Fashion, Collection, and Textile Design from Aalto University between 2017 and 2022.
