James Santos is an experienced corporate chaplain and life coach, currently serving Manna Inc. as a Corporate Chaplain/Life Coach since September 2015. In addition to this role, James has contributed to the Barnes/Young Northwestern Mutual Group and served as a Corporate Chaplain at The Christian Advantage from 2014 to 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Pastoral Care provider at NextStep2MH and as a Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator at Amedisys Hospice Care, where a focus on personalized care for patients and families was paramount. James began a career in chaplaincy with Marketplace Chaplains from 2007 to 2015 and previously held roles in ministry and management at Grace Fellowship Church and Meijer. James holds a Master of Divinity in Theological Studies from Southern Seminary.
