Jackie W. has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources roles. Jackie began their career in 2010 as an Administrative Specialist at Lindenwood University, where they performed various administrative tasks and oversaw special projects. In 2013, they interned as a Payroll Coordinator at Midwest Pool Management.

Jackie then joined Pinnacle Entertainment in 2011 as a Food and Beverage Assistant, where they developed and implemented quality systems and supervised a team. Jackie later transitioned to the role of Talent Specialist, where they managed the talent acquisition life cycle and established strong relationships with senior management.

In 2014, Jackie interned as a Staffing Coordinator at Stivers Staffing Services, gaining experience in coordinating staffing activities. Jackie then joined Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. in 2015, initially as a Human Resources Specialist, where they interviewed applicants, guided hiring managers, and attended career fairs. Jackie later advanced to the roles of Senior Recruiter and Recruiting Manager, leading recruitment efforts for the company.

Most recently, Jackie joined Compana Pet Brands in 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for aligning recruiting efforts with strategic goals and ensuring an efficient recruitment and selection process. Jackie was subsequently promoted to the role of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, where they partnered with the recruitment team on strategic goals and individual career development.

Jackie W. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BA) from Lindenwood University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their degree, Jackie obtained a Certificate of Completion in Recruiting, Interviewing and Selecting Employees from the American Management Association in May 2016. Jackie also earned a MO Notary License from the National Notary Association in May 2015.
