Lindsay Schmuecker has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lindsay started their career as a Brand Representative at DEWALT (Black & Decker Corp), where they led promotional marketing and sales efforts for a $2.5 million business territory. During their time there, Lindsay analyzed inventory and sales data and created successful promotional events, resulting in a 98% increase in territory sales compared to the rest of the market.

After DEWALT, Lindsay joined the Nebraska Department of Economic Development in various roles. Lindsay served as an Economic Development Specialist, focusing on housing, and also worked as the Nebraska Community Improvement Program (NCIP) Coordinator. In these positions, Lindsay was involved in community development initiatives and played a key role in improving housing conditions in the region.

Following their time at the Nebraska Department of Economic Development, Lindsay took on the role of an Economic Development Consultant. Lindsay provided business development consulting services, facilitating economic growth and establishing partnerships to drive regional development.

In 2012, Lindsay joined Oxbow Animal Health as an International Account Manager. In this role, they developed and maintained strong relationships with customers, co-workers, and business partners. Lindsay also represented Oxbow at trade shows and events, enhancing the company's reputation and ensuring the successful sales of their products in new international markets.

While working at Oxbow, Lindsay became the Global Sales Manager for their Oxbow Animal Health division at Compana Pet Brands. Lindsay held this position since 2014, overseeing global sales operations for the brand.

Additionally, Lindsay briefly served as a Franchise Owner at Jazzercise before embarking on their career in the economic development and animal health industries.

Lindsay Schmuecker obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Lindsay attended the university from 2001 to 2005.
