Diogo Freitas

Diogo Freitas is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer currently working at MANNARINO since August 2023. Prior to this role, Diogo was employed at Volvo Group from May 2018 to August 2023, contributing to embedded software development for Battery Management Systems and Diesel engine ECUs. Additional responsibilities included software automation and the implementation of engine control functions using Model-Based Design tools. Earlier experience includes internships at ZF Group, where skills in firmware development and autonomous driving software were honed, and at ExxonMobil, focusing on software development lifecycle activities. Diogo's academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana and a MicroMasters® in Emerging Automotive Technologies from Chalmers University of Technology.
