Erin Morgan

Erin Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. As the Founder of Tough Genes, a non-profit organization established in April 2024, Erin demonstrates a commitment to community service and engagement. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. since October 2017, Erin has successfully implemented new hire orientation programs, coordinated career fair opportunities, and maintained compliance in employee handbooks.
