Roger Gaudette

Roger Gaudette has a strong background in strategic development and planning, particularly in the automotive industry. From 2020 onwards, they have been the Strategic Development Director at The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Ford Land where they held various leadership roles. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Executive Director of Detroit Development and later as the Director of Dearborn Facility Strategy. Roger was responsible for leading the initial Dearborn Campus Master Plan and overseeing facility evaluation, utility studies, estimating, and workplace strategy. Before that, they held multiple director roles at Ford Land where they specialized in planning, estimating, engineering, global asset management, construction, and sustainability activities. Throughout their career, Gaudette has demonstrated expertise in long-term planning, project management, and budgeting.

Roger Gaudette attended the University of Michigan from 1980 to 1982, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in the College of Architecture. Roger then pursued further education at the same university from 1982 to 1984, earning a Master's degree in the College of Architecture.
