Megan Player

Megan Player is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People and Development Advisor at MG OMD since February 2025. Prior to this role, Megan held positions at Soho House & Co as a People and Talent Coordinator from May 2023 to February 2025, and at Kensington Aldridge Academy as an HR and Payroll Officer from March 2021 to May 2023. Additionally, Megan gained experience as an HR Assistant/Commercial Administrator at AM FRESH GROUP from July 2019 to March 2021. Megan's academic background includes a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Development and a CIPD Level 3 HR Diploma from Avado, as well as a degree in Psychology from Leeds Beckett University.
