Al De La Cruz is a legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law. Since March 1995, Al De La Cruz has served as the Managing Partner of the San Diego Office at Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester LLP, overseeing diverse practice areas including employment, professional liability, and construction defect. Prior to this, Al De La Cruz held roles as Employment Team Leader at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office and as Deputy D.A. Al De La Cruz started a career in engineering as a Member of the Technical Staff at TRW, Inc. (now Northrop Grumman), focusing on mechanical engineering and computer modeling for defense systems. Al De La Cruz earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine.
