Tim Kennedy

Tim Kennedy is an accomplished human resources professional with over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Mannington Mills, Inc. since March 2020, Tim has also held senior positions including Sr VP and Vice President of Human Resources at Phenix Flooring. Previously, Tim was with Valmont Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included oversight of HR shared services for North America and human resources for the Utility Division, managing 13 US sites and one in Mexico. Tim's extensive experience includes multiple leadership roles at Milliken & Company, focusing on HR for manufacturing and sales within the Floor Covering Division. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Operations Management from Auburn University and an Associate degree from Southern Union Junior College.
