Tanya Booke has extensive experience in talent and culture strategy, learning and organizational effectiveness, and talent management. Tanya is currently serving as the Head of Talent & Culture Strategy at MannKind Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Beyond Meat as the Director of Learning, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness from 2021 to 2022. From 2011 to 2021, they held various roles at EY, including Assistant Director - OD & Talent Management and Manager - People Advisory Services. Tanya started their career at Accenture as a Talent & Organization Performance Consultant from 2006 to 2011.

Tanya Booke, MSHR, obtained their Masters degree in Human Resources from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a BBA degree in Organization Design and Human Resource Management from UNM Anderson School of Management in 2005.
