Joseph Samman

Joseph Samman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Joseph is currently serving as the Head of Operations - Founding Team at MANO, where they oversee and manages all operational aspects of the company in multiple African countries. Their responsibilities include optimizing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, reducing costs, and leading a team of operations managers and support staff. Prior to MANO, Joseph worked as the General Manager at Allo Taxi Angola, where they provided strategic leadership and managed all aspects of operations. Joseph also served as the Operations Project Manager at the same company, where they developed and implemented business strategies and operational plans to drive growth and maximize profitability. Joseph has also worked as a Project Manager at Allo Taxi and as a Business Analyst at Avis Budget Group Lebanon. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Assistant Operations & HR Manager at Avis Lebanon.

Joseph Samman completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Sagesse University in 2011. Joseph then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Banking and Finance from the same university, which they completed in 2014.
