Jody Sadewa

Jody Sadewa is an experienced culinary professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the owner of KADAITOKS BISTRO since March 2018. Jody has a diverse background in the culinary industry, having worked as a Cook at Mano Maritime since January 2014 and as a Commis 1 with Princess Cruises from December 2015 to April 2018. Previously, Jody held the position of Assistant Cook at Padma Resort Legian and completed a student trainee program at Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta. Jody's educational background includes studies at Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) from 2011 to 2013, further enhancing expertise in the hospitality sector.
