Zagariah Manoj Varghese is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. As the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Manoj Reinsurance Brokers Ltd since July 2020, and the Managing Director and CEO of Cornerstone Consultancy since January 2020, Zagariah specializes in insurance, reinsurance consulting, marketing, and leadership coaching. Previously, Zagariah served as the Director of Reinsurance at Protection Insurance Services W.L.L. for 17 years, managing strategic business development and client relations. Zagariah began the career as an auditor at Row & Murthi Chartered Accountants and holds academic qualifications, including a Certificate in Chartered Insurance from CII UK, a Master of Finance Control from Alagappa University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bharathiar University.
