Didier de Stabenrath

Didier de Stabenrath is the Head of People Operations at ManoMano. Prior to this, they served as the Sous directeur organisation ressources - Section Technique de l’Armée de Terre (STAT) - Satory. In this role, they were responsible for the internal workings and support of the STAT. Didier also oversaw the restructuring of the organization in the wake of the 2007/2015 RGPP (-200 postes).

Before their time at the STAT, Didier served as an officer with the Legion Etrangère from 1983 to 2001. During their time with the Legion, they saw action in various conflicts including the Gulf War and the war in Bosnia.

Didier de Stabenrath has attended the Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr and the Ecole de guerre.

Didier de Stabenrath reports to Christophe Dargnies, Chief People Officer. They work with Nadia Védrunes - Head of Talent & Hubs, Solène Doukhan - Head of Talent Development, and Sarah Boudhabhay - Head of HR Innovation, Culture & Sustainability.
