Laurent Sapin

Laurent SAPIN currently serves as Area Director at Manor SA, overseeing the Grand Genève region and the flagship store in Geneva since November 2017. Prior to this role, Laurent held multiple Store Director positions across various Manor locations, including Lausanne, Morges, Chavannes-de-Bogis, and Nyon. From January 1998 to October 2017, Laurent worked at Monoprix as a Directeur, managing several stores and ensuring adherence to economic and social management objectives. Additionally, Laurent served as Sous Directeur in high-volume food sectors, managing large teams and overseeing compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Laurent's career began at McDonald's as a Store Manager, where responsibilities included managing commercial units, staff recruitment, and opening new restaurants. Laurent holds a Master 2 degree in Management and Administration des Entreprises from the University of Strasbourg, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
