Fiona Quirk is an experienced professional in the culinary and human resources fields. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Analyst at Manor Farm since August 2021, Fiona previously worked as a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist at Center Parcs. Fiona's culinary experience includes roles such as Kitchen Manager at The Dessert Company, where baking and supply to local cafes were key responsibilities, and Owner of The Cowhouse Cafe, which focused on seafood and homemade cakes. Additionally, Fiona held positions as Private Chef at Castle Forbes Estate and Kitchen Manager for Elior Group, along with Head Chef roles at O'Tooles Steakhouse and The Cellar Bar & Grille, where significant success was achieved.
