Gayani Tharanga

Gayani Tharanga is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Rewards and HR Analytics at CBL Group since August 2019, Gayani previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Hirdaramani Group from July 2010 to July 2019. Gayani began career as a Human Resources Trainee at LANKATILES (Lanka Walltiles PLC | Lanka Tiles PLC) in 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources from the University of Kelaniya, completed in 2020, and a BSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, earned in 2010. Early education was completed at Dharmasoka College Ambalangoda from 1995 to 2003.
