Prior to this, Juan Alberto served at Fundación Privada Comparte from January 2013 to June 2022, leading the international cooperation project area, emphasizing human rights and child development in various Latin American countries. Additionally, experience includes roles at Fabretto Children's Foundation in Spain, managing both public and private funding for development projects, and working at Universidad Centroamericana in project technical roles, research, and teaching. Juan Alberto holds various advanced degrees, including a Master's in Agricultural Systems Research and Development and certifications in social innovation and international cooperation for sustainable human development.
