Adva Miller

Adva Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adva started their career in 2009 as a Retail Store Manager at Zara & Massimo Dutti stores under Inditex, where they managed profit and loss units and oversaw a large number of employees. In 2016, they moved on to become an Account Manager at ITravel Israel, where they handled budget management and collaborated with partners for various campaigns. Adva then worked as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at Webpals Group in 2018. In 2019, they joined Manpower Israel and held positions such as Placement Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and finally, Head of Recruitment for different departments, including Operations & Supply Chain and Marketing, Digital & Sales. Throughout their career, Adva demonstrated skills in team management, budgeting, negotiations, and strategic planning.

From 2008 to 2011, Adva Miller attended Tel Aviv University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in History & Political Science.
