Lim Hooi Siew is a professional with extensive experience in payroll and human resources management. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Business Partner at RHB Banking Group from September 2013 to August 2021, managing talent and performance management, along with an earlier position as HR Assistant at Huawei Technologies and at Manpower Staffing, focusing on payroll and employee administration. Lim's career began as a Payroll Assistant at Tricor Group, where responsibilities included payroll reporting and statutory registrations. Lim holds a Bachelor of Technology Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, obtained in 2009.
