Manon van Duijn

Manon Van Duijn is a Learning and Development Specialist at Manpower Nederland, where responsibilities include leading, coaching, and guiding a team of 11 colleagues since April 2006. Manon is certified to facilitate DISC sessions and coaching conversations on behavioral styles through DISC Benelux since February 2020. Additionally, Manon conducts leadership training based on the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," certified by Franklin Covey, for senior colleagues at Manpower. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Account Specialist and Account Specialist at SITEL NETHERLANDS from 2003 to 2006, as well as Team Manager positions at Planet Media Group from 2001 to 2002. Manon is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Educational Science from ICM opleidingen & trainingen, which began in April 2022, and holds a certification in DISC from January to February 2020, as well as a degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences obtained between 1999 and 2001.
