Rita Erikstad Blix has an extensive background in management and sales, currently holding the position of Distriktssjef at Manpower Norge since June 2013, a company recognized for its leadership in staffing and recruitment. Prior experience includes roles as Konsulent and Senior Forsikringsrådgiver at If P&C Insurance from March 2009 to May 2013, focusing on private insurance solutions and customer support. Rita also served as Butikksjef at Zimba AS from January 1998 to June 2008, overseeing store operations, budget management, and staff training. Earlier positions include Driftsansvarlig and Butikksjef for Slips & Skjortehuset at Fornebu, and various roles at Narvesen. Rita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion and Clothing Design from BI Norwegian Business School and Esmod Internasjonale designskole.
