Cristina Quarles van Ufford

Cristina Quarles van Ufford has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Cristina worked at Manpower Sweden from 2000 to the present, first as the Head of Center of Recruitment Excellence (CORE), where they were responsible for building and leading a team of specialized recruiters and administrators. Cristina then became the Head of Business Service Center (BSC), where they built and led a centralized function for Manpower Sweden, overseeing telephony, administration, and volume recruitment. Prior to their time at Manpower Sweden, Cristina worked as a Branch Manager and Business Area Manager for Manpower Sweden, where they had responsibility for multiple business areas and teams. Cristina started their career at ONLine Bemanning as a Consultant Manager, and before that, they worked at LFV as a Personalkoordinator and at Iberia Airlines as a Traffic Agent.

Cristina Quarles van Ufford pursued a degree in Marknadsekonomi (Market Economics) at Berghs School of Communication from 1996 to 1997. Prior to that, they studied French Language and Literature at Université Paris-Sorbonne from 1993 to 1994, completing levels B and A.
