Silke Lampe

Silke Lampe has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Silke is currently the Head of Legal at ManpowerGroup Deutschland, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director Legal & Compliance at Condor Flugdienst GmbH from October 2019 to December 2021. Silke also held the position of Head of Legal at Thomas Cook Group Airlines from January 2018 to October 2019. Before joining Thomas Cook, Silke Lampe worked at Condor Flugdienst GmbH as the Head of Legal from October 2010 to December 2017 and as a Legal Counsel from December 2007 to September 2010. Their responsibilities included establishing and managing in-house legal departments, developing specialized concepts for legal advice, and achieving cost reductions. Additionally, they worked as an Assessor at Star Alliance from November 2006 to December 2007.

Silke Lampe pursued their education in the field of law, specializing in commercial and corporate law. Silke earned their 1st state exam in Law from Goethe University Frankfurt in the years 1997-2002. Following that, they completed their 2nd state exam, making their a fully qualified lawyer/attorney, from the District Court Darmstadt/Higher Regional Court Frankfurt between 2003 and 2006. In 2014-2015, Silke Lampe attended the University of Augsburg, obtaining a Compliance Officer (Univ.) degree. Silke continued to enhance their legal expertise by completing a specialist solicitor program in commercial and corporate law at DeutscheAnwaltAkademie in 2017.
