Agata Czarnecka-Puga

Agata Czarnecka-Puga is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at ManpowerGroup Poland since April 2017, Agata has led initiatives in training design, exit interviews, recruitment for various job levels, and employer branding. Previous roles include Recruitment Specialist at WINCKLER PERSONAL and Associate Consultant at Experis Poland, where Agata managed comprehensive recruitment processes and established connections with key candidates and clients. Agata holds a Master's degree in Pedagogy of Work and Human Resources Management from APS Maria Grzegorzewska University, a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from the University of Warsaw, and completed postgraduate studies in HR for People Managers at Kozminski University.
