Ulrika Thorstrand

Ulrika Thorstrand is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Knowit Solutions in Stockholm since July 2021, Ulrika has been integral to the integration of Cybercom into Knowit, a leading Nordic provider of digital solutions. Prior to this role, Ulrika held the position of acting Head of Talent Acquisition at Cybercom Group, where responsibilities included developing strategies and processes for talent acquisition. Previous roles include serving as the HR and Operations Manager at KFX HR-partner, where Ulrika oversaw the Stockholm operations, and leading a recruitment group at Kontorsfixarna Stockholm AB. Earlier work also includes a tenure as an HR generalist at Cambridge Technology Partners. Education includes studies at the Stockholm School of Economics and Företagsekonomiska Institutet.
