Francois's previous roles span various reputable companies, including Nortel Networks and IBM, enhancing their expertise in product strategy and market leadership. Academically, Francois holds an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec, a diploma from École Polytechnique, and an Executive Diploma in Directorship from Singapore Management University.
