Jason Webster

Jason Webster is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, operations management, coaching, and professional athletics. Currently serving as an Advanced Academy of Manufacturing Recruiter at ManpowerGroup since October 2021, Jason addresses the skill shortages in the manufacturing sector. Prior to this role, Jason worked as an Operations Manager at FedEx, managing a large team to ensure efficient package handling. Jason also has extensive experience in the NFL, having served as a Defensive Cornerback for teams including the Atlanta Falcons, New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills, and San Francisco 49ers, and later as an NFL Life Coach for the Atlanta Falcons, where Jason mentored players and coaches. Jason's academic background includes a degree in Agriculture Development and Life Science from Texas A&M University.
