Julie Howard

Julie Howard is currently the Director at ManpowerGroup. Prior to their current position, Julie was the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Navigant from January 1998 to October 2019. During their time at Navigant, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the Company’s long-term strategy and effective prioritization of resources to realize value for all stakeholders. Under their leadership, Navigant saw significant business transformation and enhanced shareholder value.

Prior to their role as Chairman and CEO, Julie served as Navigant’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 2006-2012, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2003-2006, VP and Human Capital Officer from 2000-2003, and Managing Director of Human Resources from 1999-2000.

Julie has over 20 years of experience in the professional services industry and is a recognized leader in business transformation and enhancing shareholder value.

Julie Howard has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Julie also has Executive Education from Harvard Business School and a Corporate Governance Seminar from Stanford University.
