Kim Marie Ball

Kim Marie Ball, CMP, CMM, currently serves as a Senior Executive Assistant to the EVP and Global Chief of People and Culture at ManpowerGroup since May 2022, providing advanced and confidential support to the Executive Leadership Team. Kim Ball has been running Kim Ball Consultants since January 2012, focusing on strategic management for meetings and events while supporting community efforts during the pandemic. Previous roles include Sr. Manager/Chief of Staff at YPO, Project Manager at Madison Performance Group directing high-value projects, Meetings and Hotels Analyst at Abbott managing vendor relations, and Operations Manager at Fox World Travel overseeing operations and contract negotiations. Kim Marie Ball holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business from Alverno College.
